The Building Permit is also used for demolition projects on your property.  The permit information is then used by the Assessor to remove the building(s) from the property assessment.

You need a Land Use Permit application to construct a fence or shed or put up a sign.  The fee is $25.00.  The form in pdf form is here.  (Click for form.  Use the 'Back' button if you wish to return to the Website.)

The Land Use Permit is also needed for temporary camping during construction for a maximum time of six (6) months.  The fee is $100.00.
