Goal:   To provide boat access to Higgins Lake for Gerrish Township property owners that will be acceptable to all impacted parties.

Mission:  To research and recommend an avenue to accomplish this goal and to evaluate the positive and negative effects to the lake and property owners in Gerrish Township.
