The County Commissioners have amended the County ORV Ordinance. The only change is that all roads in the County except State roads - those labeled M - are now open to ORV traffic. The same conditions apply as before - to include a speed of 25 miles per hour or less, 12 years of age or older, with the flow of traffic, helmet, and others conditions as listed in the Ordinance .
