Vial of Life

The Vial of Life contains medical information that will assist the Fire/EMS Department personnel when responding to your 9-1-1 call.  The Vial is kept on the inside shelf of your refrigerator door on the right side.  A sticker is placed on the outside upper right hand corner of your refrigerator.  This sticker alerts Fire/EMS Department personnel that a Vial of Life is inside. 

It is critical that you update your information as ANY changes occur.   Consider reviewing all information at the same time you put new batteries in your smoke detectors—at Daylight Savings Time changes.

The Vial is for EVERYONE.  It is designed for every person in every family.  If you are currently in good health, the Vial indicates who should be contacted in the event of an accident.

The Township is accepting donations to help defer costs.
