Zoning Administration

                The Zoning Department is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Township Zoning Ordinance.  This includes review of all permit applications including buildings, sheds, decks, fences, signs or any other land uses regulated by Township zoning.

                This office also administrates the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Township Planning Commission.

   If the Zoning Department determines that a variance is required in order for you to build, you will need to apply  to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance.  The fee for the application is $300.00.  You may obtain the application at the Township office or click here. 

 Issues concerning the Planning Commission, land division and special uses are also handled by this Department.
