To avoid extra fees and/or fines, please check with our Zoning Administrator before you start any building project, including all decks, fences, and sheds.

Also, removal of a building from your property requires a demolition permit. This information helps in removing that building from your assessment value.

If the Building Official determines that a variance is required in order for you to build, you will need to apply to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance. The fee for the application is $300.00. You may obtain the application at the Township office or here.
